Meagan Angus is nehiyawak and anishinaabe from Treaty 6 Thunderchild First Nation with maternal ties to Treaty 4 Sakimay First Nation.
In 2019 Meagan had her debut at the Globe Theatre in the production “Making Treaty 4”. That year she was a recipient for an Indigenous Artist grant from the Saskatchewan Arts Board that allowed her to intern at the Globe Theatre.
In 2023 Meagan was apart of the TikTok Accelerator for Indigenous Creators. Currently Meagan is in the wīcēhtowin Theatre Program at the University of Saskatchewan.
Recent credits: in 2020 Meagan worked at the Globe Theatre in the wardrobe department as a steamstress / beader for the show “They Call Me Princess”.
