Ed Mendez

Ed Mendez (he/him) is a multi-faceted artist based in Warman, SK in Treaty Six. Ed has spent over a decade administering Burnt Thicket Theatre, Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan, Live Five, and Gordon Tootoosis Nīkānīwin Theatre. He has had the pleasure of acting and/or fight directing for these organizations and also with Persephone Theatre, SUM Theatre, and 25th Street Theatre. Ed has voiced various animated TV shows and radio commercials across Saskatchewan, has appeared in various digital and TV ads, and has performed/choreographed fight scenes and stunts on and off screen in a host of Saskatchewan-made film productions. Ed would like to thank Tamara, Diego, Miguel, and Enrique for making life magical, his various mentors through the years, and this year’s Circle of Voices students for another great year!
