Luka Kelly

Luka Kelly (they/them) is a Métis and Cree artist, cosplayer, and bead worker, born and raised in Saskatoon. They’re alumni of the Circle of Voices program, 2021/2022, where they started as an assistant stage manager for their show “You Didn’t Hear It From Me” by Nitanis Bear. They had gotten the opportunity to shadow and learn more about stage management, under the stage manager and assistant stage during Persephone Theatres Production of “The Herd” by Kenneth T. Williams. They’ve been working with GTNT for three years, mainly working as a stage manager or an assistant stage manager for productions, but also exploring the administrative sides of productions. A few shows they’ve had the opportunity to work on are: “Dead Hand Signal” by Logan Martin-Arcand, “Mary of Patuanak” by Bruce E. Sinclair, and “Mistikokamik of Horror” by Amanda Trapp. They’re always very happy and excited to get to work with GTNT and CoV.
