Treaty Six based ᓀᐦᐃᔭᐤ (Nehiyaw) emerging artist and actor, Leze Pewapsconias (They/She), finds themself in Saskatoon exploring acting and rediscovering, and recreating, lost concepts of their subconsciousness through painting, music, and interdisciplinary storytelling.
Some of their recent works include: Final Notice (Whirligig Theatre), In The Next Room (Or The Vibrator Play) (Lolabrickida Theatre), Lear (Gordon Tootoosis Nīkānīwin Theatre, La Troupe du Jour, Never Never Shakespeare), Tayen and the Mimi Kwesak (GTNT), Lysistrata (The Little Company That Could), and Trojan Women (Poundamker Indigenous Performance Festival).
While they continue to explore theatre and the arts, Leze also dabbles in singing, catering, and hitting the concession trail closer to home, Little Pine First Nation.
