Roles with GTNT: Actor

Andrea Folster (they/she, Anishinaabe) has called Saskatoon & Treaty 6 home since the age of six, with roots in Winnipeg & the Baaskaandibewiziibing Ojibway Nation.

Finally snagging a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama (Acting Concentration) from the U of S, this creature of varied interests has been stepping into the prairie theatre scene since 2017. Local appearances include Gordon Tootoosis Nīkanīwīn Theatre’s readings of Apples and Traintracks and Range Road, Burnt Thicket Theatre’s production of Evergreen, GTNT’s production of Two Indians, & Amanda Trapp’s “You Said We’d Be Together Forever,” part of BTT’s We Treaty People podcast. Working on Lear keeps bringing dreams into reality, old and new — fitting all the gratitude into words is overwhelmingly daunting.
